She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw, from the Faculty of Painting and Sculpture. She is also a stylist and clothing designer and has held several solo exhibitions and participated in many group exhibitions. The artist's works can be found in many private collections.

Sabina Maria Grzyb about her art: "My strongest inspiration is rock forms, their monumentality, stability and structure. When painting, I repeatedly return to an imaginary land full of rock monuments. The motifs I use in narrative form are anachronistic but also timeless. My paintings have an ambiguous dimension, sometimes frivolous at other times nostalgic. The balanced balance, static composition and dominance that appear in each painting have a calming effect on the viewer."
