Heinrich Hiller - German landscape and marine painter; author of landscapes from various European countries testify to the artist's numerous travels. He painted, among others, Landscape of Westphalia, Church of Aachen, Bank of the Rhine in Koblenz, Isle of Wight, From the Port of Dublin, Motif of Rotterdam, Motif of Helsingör or View of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. He showed his paintings at exhibitions at the Academy of Fine Arts in Berlin (1866-1883), the Academy in Dresden (1880), Hanover (1882), Lübeck (1894). The artist's works can be found, among others, in the Mainz City Gallery and in private collections.
