Anastasia Markovych (born 1979, lives in Czestochowa) is a painter originally from Ukraine. In 1990 she began her studies at the Art School in Chernivtsi, from which she graduated with honors. In 2007 she was honored from among several hundred artists from Ukraine for the catalog "The World of Levkas", under the patronage of the President of Ukraine. In 2009, she began studying at the Faculty of Graphic Arts at the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. She is the author of several solo exhibitions and dozens of group exhibitions around the world. Markovych's paintings could be seen in the National Museum in Lviv, Bucharest, and Kiev, among other places.
