Jerzy Tyburski - born in 1964 in Lubaczow. Graduate of the State High School of Fine Arts
in Zamosc. Studied at the Faculty of Art History of the Catholic University of Lublin. Diploma in 1989. In 1986-89 attended classes in the painting studio of Prof. Marian Stelmasik and assistant professor Jacek Wojciechowski at the Institute of Art Education at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. Two-time scholarship recipient of the Ministry of Culture and Art.
Member of the Association of Polish Artists. Works in the field of painting and graphic arts. Participated in dozens of individual and collective exhibitions. In 2002 he received a distinction of the monthly magazine Art & Business "Image of the year 2001", in 2013 nominated in the category of Zamosc Personality of the Year "Morando "2012.
