Beata Czapska (Hutten-Czapska) (born in Warsaw 1949) studied at the Faculty of Architecture of the Silesian University of Technology (graduated in 1981). In 1974 she moved to France, where she took up studies at the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris. At the same time, she studied sculpture in René Coutelle's studio. She has been exhibiting since 1992, mainly in France, and has also had exhibitions in Brussels (2005), Orońsko, Krakow and Warsaw (2006). In her work she is interested in the natural world, especially animals. In addition to sculpture, she works as an architect, designing residential buildings (Meulun-Senart, Evry, Nancy), villas (Provansia, Paris Region, Mallorca) and interiors (a store on rue Odeon, an apartment on rue du Plateau in Paris). He also designs posters and makes wall paintings. He collaborates with the interior decoration studios "Cacoub" in Paris and "Besançon" in Brittany and Vendée. She is involved in design (furniture, office equipment, lamps) and small architecture (fountains and outdoor spatial forms). The artist's works are in private collections in France, Poland, USA, UK, Israel, Belgium, Luxembourg, Morocco and Germany, Israel.
